FAQ
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number via the email provided on your order.
Once your parcel arrives in its country of destination, the provided tracking number can be used on the couriers website to receive further information on your parcel.
Once your item has been shipped the standard shipping time is generally between 10-15 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: If the courier experiences a failed delivery attempt the shipping time may be extended until your order is safely delivered or retrieved.
International orders:
$9.50 USD – standard shipping
$20 USD – express shipping
Select countries (inc. Iceland, Israel & Puerto Rico):
$20 USD
Your order may be left in a safe place at the courier’s dicression. Alternately you will be notified via email with the next steps to collect your order.
If your order is not picked up within the advised timeframe your parcel will be returned to the sender.
RETURNS
Items that have been delivered with any quality issues or that are not as ordered are elligable for return.
Photo proof (or video proof if requested) of the quality issue is required before a return can be processed.
No return costs will be applied.
PLEASE NOTE: Change in mind of colours or sizes of items already purchased will not be elligable for return.
You may apply for a return up to 7 days after you have received the item.
Elligeble returns will be processed within 5 business days.
PRODUCT CARE
CHLOanCO products inclusive of the airtag holders can be hand-washed or machine washed ensuring it is placed in a delicates bag on a cold cycle.
Please ensure your airtag is removed from the holder before the item is washed.
